1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using toolgin.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. These terms apply to every visitor; there is no account to create, so using the site is itself your acceptance.

2. What Toolgin provides

Toolgin provides free online utilities that run inside your web browser. The tools are offered as a convenience. They are provided without charge, without a contract for a particular result, and without any commitment that a specific tool will remain available.

We may add tools, change how a tool behaves, or remove a tool entirely, at any time and without notice. If you rely on a tool for something important, do not assume it will be there tomorrow in the same form.

The design, layout, written content, branding and source code of this site are owned by Toolgin or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may use the tools freely for personal and commercial purposes, and you may quote or link to pages here with attribution.

You may not copy the site's content wholesale to republish it elsewhere, present a substantially similar site as your own, or reproduce the branding in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.

6. No warranty

Toolgin and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
